Our team is passionate about creating camp experiences that are safe, meaningful, and enjoyable. From leadership and planning to facilitation and hosting, each person plays a role in making every visit organised, welcoming, and full of purpose.

Team Leader Since 2016

Garth has been involved in youth ministry for more than 20 years. Together with his wife, Rae, he leads the Camp El Olam team with a heart for young people, growth, and meaningful camp experiences.

Rae is a qualified teacher with 15 years of teaching experience. Together, Rae and Garth lead the team with care, experience, and a strong focus on creating spaces where young people can grow and thrive.

Programme Manager

Gabby leads facilitation on site and helps ensure each camp runs smoothly. Her role is to support the flow of the programme and help create a positive, enjoyable experience for all.
